This will probably be the greatest movie since Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter! :D

And the game could go well with Swamp Monster: the Stinking

I just watched this movie. It's odd, the way it doesn't take itself seriously but then goes on to be a honest-to-goodness campy horror flick that can easily stand shoulder to shoulder with Dog Soldiers (this is high praise in my dictionary). My female compatriot in cinematic crime was actually quite shocked a couple of times and also disgusted on occasion during the length of the movie, which means it passes the standard horror flick test - if girls aren't cringing, horror it ain't.

High recommendations. Honestly.

Of all the movies that I love (basically anything that doesn't star Sandra Bullock) b horror movies are my all time favourites.

I'll toss it your way as soon as I'm able to. Which would, hopefully, be this weekend. Unless it turns out that I have to work the entire weekend AGAIN, at which point I'm becoming a serial killer, I think.

I'll just have to warn you that Dawngreeter was temporarily banned from this forum.
And it is uncertain if he will ever want to come back.

BTW I watched the clip. Seems fun enough...

Oh you know him.
Probably tried to come across as iconoclastic in his particular moist, pink and fluffy I'm-a-Goth-Princess kind of way.

Too many people concidered him anoying... Some of them demanded that he be banned.
And he decided to leave such a 'fascistic' environment.
It's sad, overall.

I also watched the Suicide Song  ...

Shame. I've only been on the forum a year but Dawngreeter always seemed positive, never took anything too seriously, brought new things of interest to the forum and showed real interest in a wide range of games - not just one or two. A loss in my opinion.

Anyway - The film is a Troma Team production - which is fantastic. They are responsible for such classics as 'The Class of Nuke 'em High' and 'The Toxic Avenger'. I have many fond memories of these from my teenage years. It's kind of the production team that Peter Jackson would have been a member of when Brain Damage and Bad Taste were his thing.

One of the problems with Dawngreeter is that people took him too seriously... Even when he had no such intentions.
Another thing is - most of us never met him in person (and it is rumored that he deliberately avoided meeting some members lately). For example, I saw him only once, at the SRP promotion... And it's always hard to fully comprehend people you've only met online.

I'm vaguely familiar with Troma... Zulufic, myself and a couple more people once tried watching Tromeo and Juliet, but somehow the atmosphere wasn't right so we quit.
And I certanly must watch early Peter Jackson flicks... I only saw Meet the Feebles, and I swear that I'll never watch that one ever again!
