Svedsko pravosudje u lovu na Pirate

Izgleda da su svedski sudovi potpali pod kobni uticaj zlog pravno-zabavljackog kompleksa, jerbo su doneli sledecu presudu u sporu koji je vodjen protiv omiljenog nam Pirate Bay-a.

Pa ipak, uprkos naporima globalnog kapitala olicenog u korporativnoj entertainment industriji i njihovim slugama u nacionalnim pravosudjima tesko da ce ovom presudom stati u kraj distribuciji slobodne kulture. Kao sto covek lepo rece: "We can’t pay and we wouldn’t pay if we could. If I would have money I would rather burn everything I owned.”

Similar to the other defendants, Fredrik Neij was not present to hear the verdict. He currently lives in Thailand from where he manages The Pirate Bay’s servers.
Presuda kazete? Aha, docicu da odsluzim svoje, tu negde.... otprilike... u sledecem zivotu :D.

Mada mi i dalje nije jasno kako im je presudjeno... nije zabranjena razmena copyright materijala ako imas i original (sto sud nikako ne moze da zna). U krajnjem slucaju - Salcburg... trebalo bi da im zalba prodje glat.

Bice zalba na presudu, jos nije gotovo. Ali cak i ovo sto se desilo je strasno. Moracu da kupim The Pirate Bay majicu. I zasto nisu poceli protesti na ulicama Svedske?

Verovatno zato sto ti docilni Svedi nemaju refleks za spontano okupljanje po ulicama i spaljivanje McDonaldsa, ambasada i SUP-ova kao mehanizam iskazivanja narodnog nezadovoljstva. Pa ipak nisu bas sasvim operisani od osecaja za pravicnost i solidarnost:

Peta stranka po clanstvu u Svedskoj. Njihova omladinska organizacija je najbrojnija "politicka" omladinska organizacija u zemlji. Sedmog juna im treba 100K glasova da bi dobili mesto u evropskom parlamentu. Znaci trenutno, ako svaki clan ima cetri rodjaka ili prijatelja koji ce glasati za njih, pirati ulaze u parlament. Sve mi se cini da je ova presuda pomogla piratizaciji. Yee-haw!

Ma zamisli. Zaludnih li ljudi. Da bi to iole ferceralo morali bi da uposle c.20.000 kineza kao slave-labour. Doduse ti kinezi bi onda taj materijal prvi diseminirali dalje, preko svojih kanala. Ako ovo ustale kao praksu, korisnici (bar oni iz Nemacke) ce ih napustiti brze nego sto su Amerikanci evakuisali svoju ambasdu iz Sajgona '75.
