Prvi narednik Claudius Aulus je imao los dan... ponovo.
Istinu govoreci, na ovoj zaturenoj, vlaznoj, mocvarnoj, radioaktivnoj planeti retko je bilo dobrih dana, i mogao si da se smatras srecnim sa manje od dvadeset uboda komaraca dnevno. Rutina je bila cvrsta i neophodna, i u tome je nalazio oslonac i utehu.
Svakodnevno ciscenje oklopa, uljenje i stelovanje boltera, potom primanje izvestaja od skautskih timova i planet surveilance sistema, pa nadgledanje podizanja utvrdjenja, pa raport warsmithu, pa inspekcija naoruzanja, pa potpisivanje papiologije, pa meditacija, pa... Svaki dan je bio isti, ali je bar bio zaokupljen i konstantno je imao sta da radi. Bez toga, osecao je, slomio bi se posle prve nedelje...
A ni Warsmith nije pomagao mnogo da se situacija popravi.
Ako se on pita, covek je bio potpuno lud, i trebalo bi ga zatvoriti u lepu sobu sa tapaciranim zidovima i belom kosuljom. (Ne da bi to ikada smeo da izgovori naglas). Potpuno nesmotren i divalj u borbi, warsmith je zaobilazio neke od osnovnih borbenih postulata Iron Warriora, i zacudo, polazilo mu je od ruke... pa ko za ime sveta izleti ispred hive Tyranta i NE POKUSA da ga udari, vec se samo smeje...? I prezivi? Neshvatljivo...
Jos kada se tome doda njegova sklonost da koristi "otpadne" jedinice koje mu je Mendergard sa velikim zadovoljstvom slao ( i, nesumnjivo, sa jos vecim zadovoljstvom sklanjao sa planete)... brrr... Possesedi? Raptori? U Iron warriorima? Ma daj... Jos kada u sledecoj posiljci dodju Drednoti, imacu pune ruke posla. Lako je njemu, on ih povede u bitku, i kraj... A sta kad nema bitke? Treba te drednote vezati i spreciti da se ne poubijaju, treba naci goleme kolicine sirova mesa za possesede, i diskretno smanjivati sledovanja goriva raptorima i pojiti ih sto jeftinijim alkoholom (da budale ne bi odletele u nepoznatom pravcu u potrazi za lepim mestom da pecaju, valjda...).
Ipak, uprkos svemu, prve dve bitke su bile veoma uspesne, i lokalni Hive mind je pretrpeo teske gubitke. Lord Perturabo nikad ne dela bez dobrog plana, a warsmith Gaius Cassius Mohiam, i pored svih svojih mana, ipak jeste heroj sa Giedi 4 i ekspert u borbi protiv Ultramarinaca i Tiranida. A rani surveilance planete je potvrdio prisustvo oba entiteta.
I bas zato je je Claudius Aulus danas bio nervozan... Upravo je nosio warsmithu izvestaj koji nedvosmisleno pokazuje da je genestealer kult koji je detektovan na zapadu zapravo cover operacija Alpha legije. Warp potpisi deepstrikea terminatora su primeceni u skorasnjoj borbi sa ultramarom, kao i upotreba melta i plazma oruzja. To mu se nije svidjalo, a jos manje mu se svidjala mogucnost da Warsmith reaguje nepredvidljivo i nasilno na te vesti... Gaius Cassius je imao reputaciju da ubija lako i naglo...
Snebivljivo je pokucao na teska, celicna vrata bunkera.
"Napred!"
Gaius Cassius je lezao na svom omiljenom mestu, udobno ususkan u gomili raznobojnih jastucica, nabacanih u golemu, odranu lobanju Mawloca kojeg us odstrelili u prosloj bitci. Bio je u iscepanoj trenerci, izvaljen, sa prastarom, papirnom knjigom u rukama. Korice su bile izlizane, sa povijenim uglovima i ishabanom bojom, a uz uzglavlje Claudius Appius je jedva razaznao ime autora : Zane Grey. Polupopijeno pivo je bilo na stocicu.
Claudius nabra usne u neodobravanju. Warsmith je uvek delovao previse opusteno...
"Izvestaj od nasih spijuna, Gospodine!"
Kucnu petama i ispruzi pazljivo uvezan smotuljak papira. Warsmith ga razmota sa izrazom lica desetogodisnjaka koji je dobio sirup za kasalj.
Nakon kraceg citanja, podize poged. Claudius nesvesno ustupi korak nazad. Warsmith je imao ruznu naviku da se od lenjog i razvucenog coveka u sekundi transformise u masinu za ubijanje, a jedino sto bi se na njemu promenilo su oci... dobile bi ostar, otrovan sjaj, a kapci bi mu se pomalo podrugljivo spustili, kao sad...
"Alfa legija...kazes..."
"Da, Gospodine!"
"Jako zanimljivo... Oni, pretpostavljam znaju da smo mi ovde od pocetka, zar ne...?"
"Pretpostavljam, gospodine..." Claudius je poceo da se znoji. Pomisli u sebi :" Samo kratki odgovori, potvrdjuj sve sto kaze..."
Warsmith nabra nos, a onda se nasmesi. Veselo, cinilo se..." U tom slucaju, moracemo da im se javimo, da ih posetimo, kao prijatelje, jel'... Ipak nije lepo sto nisu dosli i doneli poklone. Crusade trenutno nije na snazi, i ako bude neophodno, podseticemo ih ko su Iron Warriori, za slucaj da su zaboravili... zar ne, Narednice?"
"Da Gospodaru!"
"Lepo..." Gaius je delovao opustenije. " Drednoti stizu na vreme? Molim te pobrini se za to licno, jako volim moje male, izmucene saborce, hoces?"
"Naravno, Gospodaru!"
"Slobodan si..." Gaius ponovo utone u jastuke, i otpi dug gutljaj piva. Pre nego je flasa dodirnula sto, narednik je nestao uz glasan tresak celicnih vrata. Warsmith se osmehnu, i promrmlja sebi u bradu: "Alfa legija... nikada nisam voleo skotove koji se igraju zmurke. BAS bi voleo da me naljute... bas, bas..."

Posto sa Anticem ne mogu da se ukrstim, preskocicu red i reci da uzimam dve teritorije direktno ka centru (jedna od njih je onaj grad), i na praznoj (novoj) teritoriji gradim zgradu za +50 poena

Igrali smo na d3+2 objektiva (5) i Dawn of War.
Uzasno mi je krenulo... Imobilisan Rhino sa meltasima u prvom ili drugom potezu, Bazilisk mi pobije skoro sve Havoke, Terminatori koji su hteli da deepstrike-uju pored Baziliska su ga promasili za jedno 9" i potrosili su svoje precious melte na Walkera. Ali su ipak nekako preziveli nadolazecu paljbu i unistili baziliska u sledecem potezu.
Posle jos jednog turn-a paljbe ostali Terminatori su stigli, i unistili su himeru sa command squad-om i Leman russ-a. I od tog trenutka Antic je imao problem jer sam mu unistio glavne stvari koje ubijaju. Ostale walkere sam unistio u CC-u sa powerfistima, dve himere takodje, ciji je sadrzaj ili pobegao sa table ili umro kasnije od heavy Flamera. Na kraju 5. ili 6. poteza ja sam drzao 3 od 5, Antic 1 od 5 objektiva.-

prosto, stekao je 2 poena od predhodne partije. Imao je 5, potrosio je 3 na jednoj teritoriji i izgradnji na njoj, ako se ne varam.
