i da, u ovom tje biti Tyranida... koji valjaju...

kao i ordosi koji valjaju (witch hunters, deamonhunters itd) i josh par dobrih stvari...
ali dok to izadje (shto nije pre Q3 2009), core 2 duo tje ti biti neki "podrazumevani" procesor...

tako da imash god ipo da kupish novi komp na kojem tje shljakati :) a i ja...

Mada jedina igra za koju bih stvarno kupio novu maKinu je WoD MMO. A to ce se pojaviti...pa jednog lepog dana...

hmm... ili tje to biti dojajno zahtevan MMO ili ti zaista imash neki krsh...

MMO se pravi tako da mozhe svaka baba da ga potjera :) da ti izgleda jeftinije i shta ja znam, a kad prvi put vidish seckanje u 40 man raidu (citiram) "morash kupish novi komp jbt" ...

meni josh uvek ne treba nishta novo, a i ovo mi poprilichno fino radi... mozhda kad mi bude trebalo da potjeram eklipsu, torrent, emule, winamp I josh neshto i to ne bude radilo - onda tje da padne obnova...

za sad mi eklipsa, emule, winamp i disciples 2 / pirates radi sasvim fino :D

nego, da se vrnemo on-topic:
DoW2 tje verovatno koristiti nabudzheni CoH engine, shto znachi da tje motji josh bolje da se moduje nego ranije.... tako da ako bi neko 'teo da zakorachi u te vode, mozhe ili mene da pita ili da ode na relicov wh40k adeptus modificatus podforum i tamo nadje dosta tutorijala / primera, kao i odgovora... obichno me tamo preteknu sa odgovorm though ;)

Cek,cek-oces reci da nisi zadovoljan sadasnjom snagom daemonhuntera i witch huntera?
Mislim, witch i nekako, ali daemonhunteri su prejaki-steta samo sto modul ne radi u soulstormu, nego samo u DC 1.2 :|

ochigledno se nismo razumeli...

da, *mogutje* je ubaciti tyranide i u trenutni engine, ali nije mogutje napraviti ih tako da oni budu zabavni za igru, ili u najmanju ruku - izbalansirani. slichno vazhi i za ordose, mada su oni u mnogo boljem stanju od tyranida...

u DoW2 netje biti apsolutno nikakvih problema (makar ne bi trebalo) da svi oni budu implementirani "kako treba", i to verovatno od strane samih developera, a ne optimistichnih i ambicioznih modera :)

tako da se ovde ne diskutuje o modovima, vetj o core igri... nije meni nikakav problem da ja izmodujem igru i napravim "balance mod", ali to nije poenta modovanja, za to sluzhe patchevi :) ma kolko modder bio dobar, on ne mozhe da popravi neke loshe stvari (da, kolko god to chudno zvuchalo, DoW engine ima loshe stvari u sebi) vetj mozhe da ih u najbolju ruku zamalterishe da se manje vide...

uvodna kampanja za DoW 2 bi trebalo da bude sa tiranidima, i razlog zasto ih nije bilo ni u jendoj ekspanziji je to sto nisu uspeli da naprave dostupnost svim biomorphovima koje bi igraci zeleli. A minimum system requirements ce biti dual-core (64bitni ^_^), megahercaza nepoznata, procenjujem na oko 2ghz svako jezgro, giga ili dva rama, i sl. sudeci po tome da animacija koja je trailer za igru bi trebalo takodje da je in-game shot gde force commander sa thunderhammerom ubija ork warboss-a, ova moja procena minimuma je.... pa vise lepa zelja a ne procena :D

nije problem u biomorphovima, vetj stil igre ne bi mogao biti ubachen (introduced) u endzhin... postoji tyranid mod za trenutni DoW, ali oni u trenutnom engineu mogu biti ili veoma overpowered (a la SM+chaos ^ 2), ili veoma underpowered (IG / 10) ... sure, mozhe se PROBATI pronatji neki balans, al to jednostavno netje raditi u engineu "kako treba"...

shto se tiche tog MMOa, to je bili na konto ovoga.

A kako ti znas da to nece raditi na sadasnjem enginu?

Sta, imas source kuci ba codiras u slobodno vreme?

Ljudi to je cist marketing, slatka navlakusa.

tako shto sam proveo bar petstotinak sati modujutji tu igru. jel to dovoljno?

Ne. Modovanje se ne moze uporediti sa pisanjem izvornog koda.
Kada bi hteli, bilo bi izvodljivo uz ekspanziju. Kao sto opsidiannight rece - marketinski potez.

Da su hteli da ih metnu metuli bi ih. Ovako ce Tiranidi biti "sargarepa" u nastavku. Zato sto se to tako radi.

um, rasprava je bila da su tyranidi nemogutji u trenutnom engine-u... da su hteli da ih metnu, morali bi DOSTA toga da promene... a realno im je bilo lakshe da preuzmu bolji engine koji vetj imaju i njega da dorade nego da ovaj vetj sakatjeni josh vishe sakate... pa da im niknu bagovi tamo gde ih nikada nije bilo...

mozhda jeste marketinshki potez, ali je podosta potkrepljen time da bi oni bili "broken" ako bi se ubacili u ovaj. mislim, ne kazhem da nije marketing, al nije suvi marketing ;)

kao shto vidish, i "letetje jedinice" su doshle uz ekspanziju, al kao shto se da videti - to ne sluzhi kurcu i evidentno je da su promenili copy/pasteovali kod vezan za "hover" i da one nisu nishta drugo do jedinice sa velikim hoverom ... koje kada dodju do litice stanu, popnu se, i nastave da hoveruju dalje... isto i kada silaze (?!?) ...

the last time i checked, avion ne mora da se spusti za 20m kada preleti liticu od 20m ...

'fala Bogu da se modovanje ne mozhe porediti sa source-om... ;)

Izgleda definitivno nece biti krilatih Tiranida, ali dobijamo sve ostalo :) nice :D

Evo i jedne slikice na kojoj su skoro svi tiranidi koje cemo moci da vodimo, jedino nema obicnih gaunta (na slici su hormagaunti) i genestealera i broodlorda, koje ako ne ubace pa nisu nista uradili :)

Da li neko zna koliko je ova igra zahtevna?Tj da li bi mogla da se igra na nekoj masini ovog tipa-2500 procesor,512 RAM,ati radeon9550 od 128 graficka?
Broodlorda ima,video sam na youtubeu,na nekom snimku,a mislim da ima i genestealera(mislim da dodju kao pratnja za broodlorda,mada nisam siguran).

tovj config je... pa da parafraziram betu, nije config nego dijagnoza. Bez 2 giga rama ne pomisljaj i bez dual core procesora ne pomisljaj. Mozda ce biti cak pozeljno da imas dual 64bit procesor...

Veoma me je zaintrigiralo to sto u kampanji neces moci da gradis zgrade, vec vodis samo ono sto si izgradio izmejdu misija.

Dawn of War II will feature a non-linear interplanetary campaign[4], playable as the Space Marines.[5]

Dawn of War II will depart from its predecessors in several key features[6] [7][8]:

* There will be no base-building during the single player campaign.
* The player will not be able to build new units during the missions themselves, and will only have limited reinforcement options during missions
* Consequences regarding mission choices. For example there may be multiple distress calls to answer, each available for a limited duration. During a mission you may have to choose between saving civilians or obtaining War Gear.
* Control of only five or six squads. However, each squad will be highly unique in their combat specialty and even voice acting.
* Redesigned War Gear - War Gear can be obtained by accomplishing objectives during missions and is randomly dropped sometimes by enemies. After identification it can be equipped on squads, and stored in an RPG style inventory.
* Better cover bonuses, and a new emphasis on methods of dealing with units in cover (e.g. destroying cover with grenades or ignoring cover bonuses with flamers).
* Improved squad AI - for example, squads under fire will seek out cover.
* More realistically sized vehicles (i.e. larger than before).
* Squads will acquire experience and become stronger as the game is played, from a new recruit to a hardened veteran.
* Jetpack units take off and land more realistically (i.e. not up, across then down).
